The University has the following objectives:

1. To provide a chance of higher education in different   fields.
2. To   develop   the    knowledge   through       searching    and    getting    a solution to the    outstanding   problems in the whole Somalia.
3. To  develop  and  disseminate  adequate  new  management   techniques  in  the  different  public  and  private  sectors   to  upgrade   and  enhance   capacity  building .
4. To  built the  personality  of  the  students  and  make  them  to  fulfill  their responsibility  on  their  people   and  the  country .
5. To  create  an environment  which   can  be  suitable  for  the  brain  and  cadres  to  come  back   to  their  country  to  contribute the    rebuilding and rehabilitating  the  country  .
